Under its agribusiness & capacity building framework, Bright Generation has marshaled the technical and financial resources to help address the problem of food security and sustainable agriculture among small-scale women farmers in Ghana. Through such efforts, women groups are supported with micro-credit and farming inputs and linked to efficient distribution channels to control post harvest losses. Such coordinated and better the planned farming scheme has remarkably established profitable linkages between farmers and off takers along the supply chains. Consequently, our inclusive participatory model promotes the integration of smallholder women farmers into markets and helps dissolve traditional barriers.
