Proudly African, Unapologetically Feminist, and Boldly Christian, Maame identifies herself as a “Whole Woman.” She has vast experience as an international development, gender and leadership practitioner, having worked as Program Officer for Africa at the Global Fund for Women, and as Africa Program Director at Women’s Earth Alliance under Earth Island Institute. As Director for Programs and Partnerships, Maame serves on the Management Team (MT) of Moremi Initiative, supporting to provide general oversight for the organization.

He is an experienced International Development Practitioner with enormous skills in project planning and management, monitoring and evaluation. He is the Managing Partner of Delink Services, and Board Chairman of the Centre for Parliamentary Research and Development. He served as an Adjunct Lecturer at the Ashesi University College of Ghana, where he taught Social Research Methods from 2009 to 2014. He has also worked as a key consultant for multi-donor civil society programmes including the Ghana Bamboo Bikes Initiative. His remarkable professional research, policy and strategic framework development capabilities are hailed in the fields of education, gender, environment, water and sanitation, poverty reduction and local economic development value areas.

Young Global Leader of the World Economic Forum and Alumni of the Harvard University’s Executive Education Program, Bernice Dapaah is a seasoned Ghanaian with an upward climb in social entrepreneurship. She holds a Diploma in Human Resource Management and Marketing from the Institute of Commercial Management UK and Bachelors in Business Administration from the Christian Service University College in Kumasi Ghana. She has over a decade work experience in both the profit and non-profit industries.

The founder and CEO of International Community School, Kumasi. In his many years of work experience and global network, he has been known as a seasoned Communicator and expert in human relations. As a Lecturer at the Ghana Baptist Theological Seminary and adjunct lecturer at the Spurgeons College (London), he has taught a wide range of subjects and highly knowledgeable in work ethics which defines his unique personality. Dr. Charles is a brilliant researcher and Teaching Fellow at Loyola University of Chicago applauded for his masterful insight and analytical acuity. His open-mindedness, positive outlook and integrity have won him several correspondences across the globe as an asset to the organizations he has worked for. He has a penchant for human development and shows himself devoted to championing the course of socio-economic development which makes him a treasured part of our team. Dr. Yeboah holds a PhD from Loyola University of Chicago and Master of Divinity from the Trinity International University, Deerfield, Illinois, USA.

Abenaa Sarpong is the Figurehead of Social and Human Development with years of track record in the design & implementation of high-profile projects. She focuses her eclectic experience and core competence on the management, training and empowerment of the communities in her network. For many years, Abenaa has been positively appraised for her unparalleled fundraising, research, monitoring & evaluation skills as a Development Officer in our team and other top institutions and government agencies.  Working in harmony with our team of Consultants, she intimately shares the task of project planning, risk assessment and impact analysis. She holds a Bachelor degree in Psychology (Management and Economics) from University of Cape Coast.
